1 - Mistletoe Sleep Meditation & Mistletoe Brainwave.
The Mistletoe Sleep Meditation can only be performed if one possesses a Mistletoe Wand, has ordered one, or has found a Harvest Tree from which to harvest Misletoe.
During this meditation, contact is made with the Primordial Mistletoe Witch's Broom, in order to awaken its primordial powers in the Mistletoe Wand.
Once you have the Mistletoe Wand, you must perform the Mistletoe Sleep Meditation for 43 nights in a row. This makes the Mistletoe Wand extremely powerful.
The Brainwave Audio can be used to harvest the Wand during harvesting. Secondly, while decorating and engraving this Mistletoe Wand. Thirdly, to play it continuously at night for an even stronger effect of the Mistletoe Sleep Meditation. Fourthly, one can play the audio while unpacking an ordered wand. This must be done with the utmost care. In my own impatience, I have broken a wand while unpacking it. So do this carefully and with the utmost patience. Unpack it slowly and carefully. Then, once the wand is unpacked, take some time to think about how you want to decorate it. Perhaps the wrong Ogham or Rune symbols have been used, which can be removed and replaced with the correct ones.

If in doubt, you can purchase good earphones specifically for Brainwave Audio and connect them to your smartphone instead of the headphones that come with your glasses. You can still place the headphones over the earphones for extra stability and sound insulation.
Suitable earphones and virtual reality sets with suitable headphones are usually not available for less than €300.- or more. You should choose a well-known brand such as JBL, Samsung, Sony, Philips, or Apple, and opt for the more expensive version.
